Returns

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Customers pay return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Email support@clubparadiso.com with your order number for return instructions before sending your items back.

BOGO refunds and exchanges

To receive a refund for a buy-one-get-one-free purchase under our 30-day return policy, please return both pieces, including the free piece.

If you would like to exchange just one piece, you can keep the other. Contact us with your order number and the piece you would like to exchange so we can arrange its return and a replacement.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
